In 1969, the Lansing Wrestling Officials Association was founded with the purpose of developing and recruiting outstanding officials. These officials will be trained to be consistent, competent and have a deep understanding of the rules that govern the sport of high school wrestling.
Over the course of the season we will have 5 general meetings to discuss everything that could and has happened while officiating. We also have a mechanics meetings paired with our instructional meeting which is a great learning experience for all officials.
